If I already have Yao Guang on the support elation set, should I put the same on EMC if it stacks? Or do I put them on sac for more crit dmg?

For context I save HEAVILY in gacha games and only pull for my favorites. I also started in 1.4 and played everyday since. I got C0R1 Lauma and just wanted to main Columbina in Nod Krai, skipping everyone else for C3R1 Columbina. I then saved for C2 Lauma to make my DPS Columbina as strong as possible. I already had C2R0 Nahida for my C0R1 Nilou in Sumeru, and I was really happy with the team, reaching about 280k at a 120s rotation.
However, it kept bugging me that Columbina's C2 was MADE for Nefer, and I tried to resist pulling and here we are. I got C1 in a 10 pull and her weapon early. I learned her proper dash cancels and it skyrocketed the DPS for the team. Now, I'm a Nefer main through and through
Also, my build on her is chopped asf, but I'm reached so many diminishing returns on crit from Lauma, Nahida C2, and Night Sky. I'm not trying to climb the Akasha leaderboard. I just want to optimize her as much as I can
