Currently with OVO energy and got nowhere with either reducing monthly payment or refunding over£1000 credit- bill is currently £300 a month. Decided to make switch to EDF fixed tariff £210 per month, this was on 29th Sept before tariff change on Oct 1st. Just got email from gocompare to say that the switch was cancelled and as its Saturday afternoon of course you cannot speak to anyone and none of the previously lower tariffs are available. Does this seem somewhat shady to anyone else?

I cannot seem to find Aldi own brand Carmelised Biscuit cereal in any of my local branches. Has this been discontinued completely or just temporarily out of stock?

In last few days I have been continually asked to reactivate my copy of MS office and that it doesn't appear to recognise that I purchased this copy many years ago and used with no issues until recent windows update. Is there a way to ensure that windows remembers my activation code so that I can get on and use the product instead of faffing around finding the key and re-submitting it?
