I’ve never really been a pink girlie until I had my daughter 5 years ago 🤣 she’s very girly and starting to rub off on me. I absolutely adore this shade of pink, it’s so pale and incredibly wearable! Paired her with my typical black and I can’t wait to dress it up more ❤️
Too many bad things have been happening with preloved websites and I just can’t deal with it anymore. I just sent in a bag to FASHIONPHILE to sell and they lost the damn strap (I wrapped it in tissue paper and put it inside the bag) saying I didn’t include it and there was no tissue paper in the bag. Because of this, they’ll have to lower the buyout amount by $250 or send it back. The bag is literally useless for me without the strap so I’ll have to take the cut if they don’t budge. I’m literally kicking myself for not recording the packing of the bag. So let this be a lesson to you all… trust no one with these items! Record the unboxing, or packing if you are selling, to protect yourself. Don’t let this happen to you!
Truly curious, and maybe someone can answer this question, but why is it that these luxury resellers are pricing things so extravagantly high on Poshmark? For example, I am looking for a vintage tassel flamenco, and some are being listed for $3500+! This seems extremely high for a vintage Loewe, even with the higher Poshmark fees. Is there a specific reason for this pricing strategy?
Found this gem on sale at Net A Porter and decided to bite the bullet! I love the deep chocolate brown with the contrasting orange suede interior. A perfect fall bag! The leather is so nice, I really hope it ages well. I had to do a test run here at the indoor kids playground 🤣 it holds so much and is very easy to get into due to the open structure. I was previously in my Speedy 25 and its capacity is very comparable. I was concerned about the lack of zipper but, to be honest, I very rarely zip my bags closed anyway 🤦♀️ now to sell some of my bags collecting dust!

Going to a concert next month for the first time since my first kid was born 4 years ago 🙈 so of course I am wondering what bags everyone brings to a show! This is my time to finally get dressed up and look cute too, but alas, there are size constraints lol. The venue here allows small bumbags/clutches 6x9 or larger if the bag is clear. I’ve been casually looking at the Rodeo as a potential contender for a large fall bag and suddenly remembered… my mom a few months ago found a fake Balenciaga at the Goodwill bins and gave it to me for laughs. I never really looked at it since it was bagged up and had it hidden behind my desk for some time but pulled it out and what do you know?! My very own Rodeo bag 🤣 it’s definitely plastic and incredibly inauthentic but hey at least it might help me decide!
So my reverse monogram Pochette Metis I purchased in 2019 has developed that sour, spoiled milk like odor that won't go away. I have avoided using it for a while, but pulled it out a few weeks ago and found that it still smelled horrible. I googled it to see if there was something I could do and found out that it was common for bags made around the time my bag was purchased to develop that smell due to the glue used. I read that many people were able to get exchanges or credit because of this, but unfortunately I am not one of them :( I sent it in for assessment and they said no and are sending the bag back to me.
What can I do now? The bag stinks. I don't like using it, it's kind of embarassing honestly for this bag to be offgassing this smell. Would anyone even purchase a bag like this preloved with this kind of smell? I'm sad, I feel stuck with this bag that I used to love but now smells like vomit :(
I’ve been looking for a larger “mom” bag for daytime activities (needs to hold snacks, water bottle, change of clothes) and have mainly been looking at the Speedy Soft 30 but then stumbled upon this bag and I’m kinda loving it? I know it’s part of the men’s collection though so I’m unsure of how it would look on a female frame but I think I might go for one of these two options. Would love opinions or if you’ve already seen it in store!
I should’ve listened to everyone about their phones barely fitting :( mine is an iPhone 16 Plus and it just barely fits without the case. I have to put it in angled down, wiggle it in and push it back to fit more stuff. I just think it’s so gorgeous I thought I’d give it a shot (the closest store to me is like 400+ miles away), and I thought it would be ok with the tight squeeze but unfortunately I think it has to go back :( I typically wear leggings on the weekends so a bag to hold my phone is essential… are there any other bags with this print besides the speedy soft 30? Looking for something a little smaller but that fits my phone easily.
I have a decent amount of clothes but can never seem to understand what looks good with what! For example, I have a pair of lighter wash wide leg jeans, and for some reason everything I pair with it just looks wrong. It’s either too cropped which emphasizes my thicker midsection, or too long which makes the jeans look sloppy. Also, the cut of the shirt confuses me… should I go button up? T shirt? And color… I have some cute wide leg blue and white striped pants and can only ever pair a white shirt with it 😩 I always end up going a basic t shirt (typically long sleeve) with tapered pants (usually athleisure brand) for my casual office dress code, but I want to branch out to wearing my wider leg pants, or some nicer tops. I prefer a relaxed, somewhat oversized look, but not sloppy, which is where I’m failing. For reference, I am 5”4 and wear a size 10 in bottoms and medium/large top with a smaller bust. Are there any helpful “formulas” or websites/bloggers out there to help me with a basic idea of good fashion sense? As a mom to two preschoolers I am not as up to date with fashion as I want to be. I recently went back to Pinterest for inspiration and it’s full of AI now with no real information! So any help is welcome.
