Regarding that Laneige lip mask from u/WorldyQuarter7155

I am re-uploading with the unboxing video's link after people have asked for it. To clarify, the scratch is not on the outside of the product, but on the mask itself plus there's some part on the left side which seems to have been scooped like another person also pointed out.

I received a lip mask from her that looks like this. I'm sharing the remaining parts which she has omitted in her posts. I have shared the unboxing video with her and she claims that it is also not from her side. So I don't know what to make of it.

Firstly, I'm not buying that cap touching the lip mask that caused this or heat. Somebody please tell me if heat can cause this or not. I'm unsure of that. That's really hard to believe.

Secondly, she expected me to cover half the return shipping, which just didn't sit right with me.

And, I asked her if I could share my experience on Reddit and didn't post it without her permission.

I did ask for was a refund before I shipped it. But, seems like that's not how things. Which, I do take is my fault for asking for a refund before shipping it because I didn't feel like I could trust her as well after she sold me something as defective as she did. I was dissatisfied with the product and was just upset. I will ship it back to her and she can refund me after she receives it.

Anyway, I did not harass her in any way like people are commenting under that post without knowing the full picture. And, no I do not want it for free.
