Hi, just started learning tap dancing and am looking for any recommendations for a tap dance board I can use at home.
I am based in the UK, and lots of tap dance brands aren't available over here (aka AMP, Stagestep etc.). Price range is £100-£200, looking for something that makes great tap sounds and can be used on non-carpeted floors.

I've been told that I grind my teeth at night (and it's loud), but I don't wake up with a headache or jaw pain, so unless I'm told, I don't know that I grind my teeth.
I had 2 teeth guards made previously and wore both of them down. But during my check up this time, I was told by my dentists that its not necessary to have a new one made as I only grind my back teeth (my front teeth don't really touch), and she cannot see any damage. Apparently she has yet to see anyone actually wearing down their back teeth through grinding?
What's everyone's opinion on this? Is there really no danger of damaging my back teeth? Or should I have a new teeth guard be made.
So I've just rewatched the donghua and realised I don't actually understand why JC has such a grudge against LZ?
From what I've read, he's mad because WY's 'saving' LZ at the XuanWu cave is what made the Wens target YunMeng. But where and how did WY 'save' LZ? Was it just by trying to support him or always speaking to him?
I've read the novel and watched the Untamed previously but it's been a while, not sure if I missed out on some details accidentally.
