okay, here are some clearer pictures, the sides of my hair are white and so is the bottom. i can already tell i have to bleach the scalp again but what about the middle section and the back?

do i bleach the discolored parts again or go straight in with a toner? i accidentally rinsed the last part too early leaving me with this color

Hi everyone, this is my hair currently. It has been previously dyed/bleached by my hairstylist. I’m currently doing a test strand on a piece because i’d like to dye my hair blonde all over, i’m mainly looking to get closer to platinum. Is my hair TOO dimensional to just section and dye it? Let me know if this doesn’t make sense, i’m very new to this.
