i have a really hard time falling asleep/ getting enough sleep, my psychiatrist prescribed me trazodone 3 days ago, i am sooooo scared to try it, she prescribed 25mg which i know isnt a lot, i have tried remeron a long time ago and i didnt fall asleep on it and felt sooo drunk/high, i ate like a whole pizza, im just scared from all the bad reviews ive read on here but i really wanna try it to sleep:(

so basically i was in a REALLY bad place in 2022 with panic and ocd, i was prescribed zoloft and it worked so good, gradually upping over months, then it pooped out im pretty sure at max dose, its been 4 years now and im having a really hard time again, tried so many meds since then and the only two that rlly helped were buspar and zoloft, i want to ask my psych tomorrow if we can retry zoloft, im just worried bc i didnt stop it while it was working, it pooped out and that makes it less likely to work again:( anyone have any positive stories of going back to zoloft?

hi guys! i started 10mg celexa on April 26th, i actually really liked it! but i still had some anxiety so i went up to 20mg of june 7th, ive felt fine, definitely worse than when the 10mg of celexa had settled, but today i got a huge panic surge just sitting in bed? i had to take my klonopin which i never really take, i feel like its weird that i havent been panicky until this point, is this normal? im hoping it will level out
