Your average # of days using an infusion set - update

I am aware the max # of days was discussed 3 years ago (and maybe more recent but I haven't found it), and I'd like to know what most people do. I'm not asking who set the Guiness world record for max days (though that would be funny/interesting). I'm just asking what most do, given the directions are 2-3 days. The doctors/nurses really make you nervous about infection if you go more than 3, which I get, but it seems a bit odd considering a dexcom is inside you for 2 weeks (I know, no fluid coming out, but still, it's a foreign body). Anyway, average # of days people do would be appreciated.

Island of Capri - swimming options

Taking Legend this summer and the "Capri on your own" excursion is sold out. There is an "Island of Capri" tour ($167.99 after 35% discount), but not sure if you are allowed to swim anywhere. Would anyone have an idea? I also wonder if we can just walk off the ship and choose some kind of simpler Capri tour (understanding we lose the security of a Royal Caribbean excursion). I have a feeling we will be inundated with offers once we get off the ship. Any advice if swimming can occur on the "Island of Capri" tour, or other options, appreciated.

Legend of the Seas sport court question - basketball vs other sports

Plan to go this summer, and the kids enjoy basketball far more than pickleball or soccer, so it's a bit disappointing that such a large ship doesn't have dedicated basketball courts. Anyone here who has been on a similar sport court (Star of the Seas maybe or whatever) can maybe give me an idea as to how often they have basketball setup vs the other stuff? Is it a set daily schedule, etc. Many thanks.

Preparing now is better than when stuff will be flying off shelves. I saw a post or two from years ago, but any suggestions for best winter gear for mobility and warmth? Footwear also. Snowboots are great for protection, but for long walks, not so sure. Any brands/specific items for good jackets, footwear, etc appreciated.
