Hi everyone! Looking for a good convoy wml for my airsoft replica, ideally it should have at least a clicky tailcap switch or the ability to add a pressure switch.
Looking for something with an intense blinding hotspot, not sure which host / emitter combo would be best or what color temp/cri. Some flood would be okay but iirc a thrower is what I’m looking for. Would be my first convoy so I’m quite excited for it!

This week, I got carried away and bought the circuit trace arc and black oxide wave plus, along with a micro Victorinox keychain, for an incredibly low price. The next day, I spotted another arc without engraving and managed to get it for an even better deal.
In just a matter of days, I went from never owning a multitool to owning these three incredible tools. I’m absolutely loving the free technology on the arc; it’s incredibly addictive to play with. Both arcs have USA stamped magnacut blades and pliers which was important to me.
I haven’t decided yet whether I’ll keep the wave plus. I tend to grab the arcs, so I’m not sure what I’ll do with the extra arc either. For now, I’m just enjoying the experience.
The power went out for the second time today in my neighbourhood. The “massive taser-looking thing” that friends and family were questioning last week almost immediately proved its worth. 😂
I’m currently in eco mode, and it actually provides a very usable amount of light, ranging from 10 to 20 lumens. My Arkpro Ultra and Reylights emit much lower light levels, but this light source is more practical during prolonged power outages. In contrast, I use the others on regular nights for indoor navigation and other tasks.
Experimenting with the higher modes is also quite impressive, especially when the entire neighborhood is dark. However, I find the low mode to be a suitable option when I need a bit more light than the eco mode.
It’s great that it’s been able to be used for my intended purposes so quickly. I must admit, it was just sitting on my desk after the initial honeymoon waiting for a moment like this.
