You guys I’m aware there’s a lot of us out there that favor and enjoy the Convoy S21E, the design, the versatility, the growing list of options & so on…

Convoy has been on fire this year, releasing all kinds of new products in 2026. The S21E itself has received some of that love & attention, the addition of the newly released 10A Buck driver, and some recent emitters.

As a fan of the S21E myself, I thought I’d make this post & invite you all to show&tell your S21E’s, favorite set ups. Specially with the recent additions, I can bet there are plenty to share out there that we would all love to see/hear about.
I’ll kick it off…….

Tan - XHP50.3 HI R70 5000K, SMO , 6v 3a Boost / Amprius 5000q

Black/white button - SFT70 5000K , OP , 6v 3a Boost / Amprius 5000q + additions: SS Bezel , E-switch gaurd , fc tail switch

Black/black button - LHP531 4000K , OP , 3v 10a Buck / Amprius 5000q + additions: SS bezel , E-switch gaurd , fc tail switch

(I am in love with this light, lhp531 4000k with 10a is just so good, can’t say enough good about it, however the switching of modes has a touch slower response time than the others. However it has gained a proper eco/moon light mode, something the other two lack on.. they appear near identical to low mode, the 531 variant is dimmed down enough to make me happy👍 nice work Simon.)

Got bored and took some beamshots, a couple of Convoy S2+s and a Wurkkos FC11C, all with TIR optics.

Hello everyone!

I recently received my new brass S2+ from Convoy, along with a brass button and red light switch.

Unfortunately, the switch does not like the brass version for some reason. I tried a bunch of different combinations (swapping out switches, batteries, tubes, heads and tails, etc.) and found that the blue switch works but gets a bit dim after the first on/off cycle, the amber switch simply does nothing (doesn't even turn the light on) and the red switch behaves just like in the video.

The Cu S2+ runs all the switches without a problem, so does the Ti variant, the brass version is the only one with the issue. I've contacted Simon to see if there's anything to be done but we'll see.
