Strange Aida64 behaviour when stress testing?

Bit random but my 9800X3D keeps failing aida64 stress test.

I have the test set to stress CPU, fpu, cache, system memory and GPU.

For some reason the CPU under load is bouncing from 4.8ghz to 5.1ghz but the voltage according to cpuz is really low, like 1.10v.

So the test keeps failing.

What's going on? Is this normal behaviour? I can't imagine 5.1ghz is stable on any 9800x3d at 1.10v?

Recommended stress tests for 9800X3D/RTX 5080 please?

Can anyone tell me what's worth running to test for stability?

I already have aida64 and cinebench. I want to stress test RAM also.

Cheers!

Motherboard caught fire. Can anyone help me identify what part smoked please?

I was trying to remove my GPU and with my screwdriver I accidentally knocked the area marked in red. There appeared to be some of the black coating removed off the motherboard, so I turned pc on to check it was ok. It booted to windows perfectly fine so I clicked shutdown pc then suddenly this area was sparking and a puff of smoke appeared.

I quickly turned pc power off. From the photo the small capacitor? Has blown.

Does anyone know what happend why it suddenly went up in smoke and also what particular part of the motherboard smoked? I'm trying to establish if the CPU and RAM are ok as I was planning on selling these parts but now I've not got another am4 board to test it annoyingly.

Thanks for any help folks.

Should I upgrade my 5800X3D/5080 1440p 240hx setup to 9800X3D?

According to AI answers the 1% low boost is in the order of 30%.

I could sell my AM4 components for about £650 I estimate leaving the bill around £600.

Just not sure if it's worth it. Games I play are BF6, Arc raiders and then competitive stuff like rocket league, CS.

Any thoughts? I was thinking of waiting for 10000 series and 12 core 10800X3D or whatever it is. It's just the price of ram that's complicating things.

I was thinking of adding 4 or 6 140mm chassis fans set to intake. My thinking was I could Dremel the shape of the fans out of this perspex? Window.

I'm just not sure how easy it would be and also how would I create the screwholes for the thick case fans to screw into this window afterwards.

Has anyone else done something similar?

Cheers

I had a colonoscopy done 5 days ago. The doctor said all was fine, but he removed a polyp and took some biopsies.

I had diarrhea immediately after the procedure but then seemed ok. Up until yesterday.

I have been to the toilet three times since yesterday and each time it was painful to go, felt like passing a stone.

On each time I've gone to wipe the TP is covered in blood. Starting today I've started with pains I would describe as going across my waist from left to right but it's low down. My stomach is gurgling too.

I have tried to phone the hospital but I'm waiting for a call back.

Is this normal? Each time I go to the toilet the blood is like a full TP square size and it's fresh red.

Sorry if too much detail, but Google isn't helping. I'm hoping someone here can assist who's been in a similar position.

Thanks
