These people hate everyone, including themselves. At the beginning they might idolize someone during the love-bombing stage, but it is only a matter of time until, due to black-and-white thinking, whether because of real or perceived harm done by the person, they switch into a destructive mode.

They are not capable of having a real relationship; what they have are facades. As an example, currently at work there is a female colleague who is a textbook NPD case. She spends enormous effort trying to be popular. She talks with lots of people and tries to make conversations engaging, but one only needs to observe it to realize that all of these interactions, even if they have gone on for months, are plastic, paper-thin, and not real. Even the things that are openly talked about are veneer-like. There is no real emotional connection, no real colour, no real beauty. It is simply not a relationship of any kind, and it will with time always end in disaster or be an active disaster.

What I think often happens is a sort of projection of one’s own state of consciousness onto someone else. For example, let’s say someone swims with a small crocodile and hugs it, etc. The moment something happens in the water, the crocodile will strike. The crocodile simply does not perceive any connection with a human being; it does not understand such things as emotional or mammalian connection. Just because someone physically looks similar to you does not mean they are spiritually similar. They may be more different from you than you are from an elephant.

There were ruthless Nazis in concentration camps who went to bars, drank beer, and hung out with people. They had colleagues; someone might even have perceived them as nice. Maybe they were considered popular within that bar. It means nothing.

You are not missing out on anything. They cannot love anyone, and they cannot have a real relationship with anyone. If you have real empathy and truly want to experience a real relationship, a real connection, you will never get it from them as long as they refuse to change and stop being who they are. They are simply wasting your infinitely precious time.

There are people in many NPD subreddits asking why they are abusive, and of course one can give many explanations as to why that is the case, but the reality is that they want to do evil, just as a rapist commits unspeakable atrocities. They commit abuse because they choose to. They are criminals of the worst kind who simply are not in jail (yet).

There are countless abusive people in this world. I do not go out of my way to know them, and I do not feel that I am missing anything. Why then would I not leave?

How about the company being greatful for employees working in this company?

I have realized that these people operate very often on a tactic of covert revenge. They hold onto things for years, sometimes things that one might not even consider to be hurtful to them, and they cannot heal from it, they see getting revenge as sort of getting back to no longer be tormented by the injury, but to do so they need to get close to someone on a personal or even physical level, and then they can wait for the moment to strike, give sabotaging advice, try to be covertly passive agressive etc.. I think this is one part of what their lovebombing strategy is all about.

They are extremly fragile, and they do not want anyone to know that, they want to present this fake image of being unbothered precisly as a protection mechanism of the fact that they are extremly bothered.

Welcome to the real world.

This is what being an adult is all about.

The whole normie program, from going to public school, to going to a non-ivy league collegue, to working a 9-5 job. All of these things, simply do not exhist for people, with money. It is the opposite of the real world, everything within the system is an artifical creation. From grades and tests to degrees, its all fake.

The same applies to so called adulting, all these tasks they claim to be defining to what makes a real adult, are things that are paid for by rich people so they do not have to do them themsleves.

It seems to be this gigantic cope that they have to somehow think of wageslaving as if it was rain, something that everyone has to do, something that cannot be avoided. It seems that it is how they want to supress their feelings of inferiority and helplensess. I believe that someone taking pride in his work, is coping and deep down considers their job to be humuliating. Since it always comes with hatred and toxicity and a healthy view would simply be to hold it as irrelevent to who a person is, but with them its not the case.

Often in this sub, neetdom is presented as some sort of curse, but in reality of cource if someone lives in decent conditions, its a huge privlege and an opporutnity, and why would one not enjoy a good moment? Why not be human and strive for Truth?

Everything what normies collectivly say is upside down and the opposite of Truth. Do you think that the people who want to use emotional violance against those who do not want to work, would work a 9-5 job if they had 100 million dollars? Of cource not, they are envious, jealous and want to drag you down, want to make you misreable, and they shall never be listened to.

Leisure time is not conceived, by a large portion of the population as a time to be human, to enjoy expetience to create out of joy. Instead it is viewed as resting time from work. One can see it based upon the retirment fantasy of lying on the beech for years.

Human passion is not defined as metaphysical but rather as something that is done when one is not working and is deraded to the word hobby, something that is seen as less important, like a sidequest to pass the time.

There is also this very bizzare trend to somehow defined everything as work, for example creating art. Something done out of ones own free will with joy in Freedom is not and cannot be defined as work, it means being human. Work is something that is done with the primary goal to get resources in exchange, it is only when the picture would be drawn without the free will and joy of the author, with the goal to be exchanged for reacources that it could be defined as work.

I once remember, talking to a guy who said that he earned a lot of money, but was very quick to add rhat he works hard for it as a sorr of justification, as if that us somehow better, its very similar to people who are ashmed for getting support from parents. i mean why would someoen prefer to work hard for money and not getting it for free?

The point is that sadly many people have been brainwashed to the point, that they do not longer consciously realize what it means to be human. They think that work is natural, when it is not, one can even look at its negative effects upon the body to realize that.
