So, I am going to sue roblox. They are ignoring my request for account deletion for almost a month.

Currently, I am living in Russia. I don't support all the repressions BUT, there's a very good law that was recently made that allows me to sue roblox. Another good thing that I can do it completely for free. All lawsuits for Roskomnadzor (That's our state censorship service) are completely free of charge.

I am really going to do this if they will ignore me for 2 weeks more. If you will hear that roblox is blocked in Russia or fined, you will know that I am the reason). That idiotic company will pay for using my data and refusing to delete it, I promise.

Roblox violates following Russian laws clearly:

ФЗ 152-ФЗ "О Персональных данных" ст.14 - Я вправе требовать от оператора любого интернет ресурса уточнения, блокирования или уничтожения своих персональных данных ст.17 - Если я считаю, что оператор нарушает требования 152-ФЗ или ваши права, вы вправе обжаловать действия/бездействия оператора в уполномоченный орган (Роскомнадзор) или суд.

КоАП 13.11 При нарушении требований к обработке/соблюдению обязанностей оператора могут применяться статьи об административной ответственности

English Translation for these laws:

ФЗ 152-ФЗ "About personal data" Page.14. - I am in right to ask any website operator to provide me with any data he has about me, I may also ask to delete all my personal data from their accessibility. Page.17. - If I think, that an operator violates ФЗ-152 requirements, I am in right to file a report to Roskomnadzor or court.

Hello redditors.

A few hours ago I have managed to get rid of Social Club on my legal GTA V steam copy.

That's how I did that:

Launched the game normally
When the game is launched and I have loaded a savegame, I have renamed the SocialClubHelper.exe.
When renamed, shut down via the task mgr all social club processes.
After that, the game is running without the social club nicely, which gives me a lot of RAM for modding.

But! After removing all these processes and playing for a few minutes, the game just unloads my save without even asking and then shows me the save loading screen again, which never finishes

Did somebody had the same issue?

!!! FOUND THE SOLUTION !!!

Here's what you should do to shut down all social club processes and play normally:

Launch the GTA V.
Start your game
Don't rename the SocialClubHelper.exe yet
Kill the following processes: 4.1. audio.CrUtility 4.2. storage.CrUtil 4.3. video_capture.C 4.4. network.CrUtili 4.5. Launcher.exe
The processes may restart for a second but will shut down in a few seconds. Some of them will not shut down.
After that, rename the SocialClubHelper.exe
Shutdown the leftover processes: storage.CrUtil, network.CrUtil. Then shutdown the helper process
Now, kill the BrowserMain process. The renderer process will suicide a few seconds later.
Done! Your game is running without SocialClub and somewhere a rockstar employee started crying. Congrats!
After shutting down the game, rename the socialclubprocess back to it previous name
When you will launch the game again, repeat all these steps! It's easy to memorize them actually

New issue with this method: ScriptHookV just shuts down for some reason. But RagePluginHook is working completely fine. After executing this method, the ScriptHookV console just stops opening and scripts that depend on this hook are becoming extremely buggy. For example with Smooth Driving V mod, the script still works somehow but I am not able to use turn signals, not able to switch between race and normal modes. When I will find a way on how to resolve this bug I will update this post
Temporary solution to the issue above
1. First of all, when the game is loaded and you are in the world, rename the socialclubhelper.exe
1. Kill the audio.CrUtility, video_capture_c, storage_CrUtil, network_CrUtili.
1. Now, when the processes are removed, proceed to playing the game. That's everything you can do. Don't touch Launcher.exe, because as I understand ScriptHookV relies on it. This method is not effective as the main one, but still saves you about a GB of RAM. I would appreciate any help on this issue
