


5’6” 132 lbs - Lean bulk?
I was around 140 the beginning of this year and got down to 132 through increased activity and a slight cut. I leaned out but I don’t think I have the level of muscle definition i’m hoping for. How much weight do you think I should gain? I’m maintaining at about 3k cal so it’s hard to bulk I’m just worried about gaining too much fat. Thoughts?
Edit - Yes I am trans male. I’ve been on test for multiple years, looking to gain size with minimal fat gain.
