hello! i recently lost my telly remote and emailed support about getting a new one. they’re sending me a new one free of charge and i got the shipping info yesterday, but when should i receive it by? i leave for college on the 23rd so i want to make sure ive got everything

Im admittedly a little nervous going through the application process when I’m 21. So I’m trying to see what it was like for others and what the first year was like. Did you have to dorm the first year? Is there anything specific to know?
