tried an ai app builder as a florist, send help

I run a small flower shop and my nephew told me to try building an app for orders. I have no idea what im doing, like genuinely zero tech background. Is an ai app builder even realistic for someone like me or am I wasting my time here?

Does ai customer service software actually know when to stop and hand off to a human?

This is something I genuinely cant find a straight answer on anywhere. I work ops at a mid-size resort and we're evaluating a few tools right now. Everyone talks about what these systems can handle on their own, but nobody explains the handoff logic clearly.

Like, what actually triggers the escalation to a real staff member? Is it keyword-based, sentiment detection, something else? And when the handoff happens, does the human agent get the full conversation context or do they start blind? That second part feels like it would make or break the experience for the guest.

I've sat through three demos this month and every sales rep kind of waves at this part of the conversation. Would love to hear from anyone who's actually used one of these tools day to day and knows how the escalation actually behaves in practice.

Finally handed out my first digital business card last week, how to safely transition to digital business cards for the rest of my team?

So I coordinate vendor relations for a mid-size event planning company, about nine of us who regularly meet clients, sponsors, and venue reps throughout the year. Last week I tested out a digital card at a regional hospitality expo and honestly it went way smoother than I expected. The person I shared it with had my info saved on their phone before we even finished the conversation.

The thing is, I kind of did it by accident. I signed up on my own before looping anyone else in, so right now its just me using it while my eight colleagues are still handing out paper cards. A couple of them saw mine at the expo and are asking about switching over too.

I want to roll this out properly across the team but I'm not sure where to start. Do I push everyone to migrate at once or phase it in gradually? And how do you handle the contacts that were already collected on paper before the switch? I don't want anything falling through the cracks during the transition.

Anyone who has gone through this with a team, even a small one, what would you actually do differently if you had to start over?
