step 1. locate and obtain all seven chaos emeralds, quietly. do not alert anyone or anything while finding them. it is best to use smaller, less destructive machines. it would also be in best interest to obtain the phantom ruby for later use. once all seven emeralds are obtained, do nothing with them, not yet. instead, create a storage vault to store them in, and create many of them, all with fake emeralds inside. spread these fake vaults across Mobius (Earth? what planet does this series take place on again?), hiding them intricately, with great effort, as to convince anyone finding them that they are real, since they were hidden so well, only to be met with a taunting note mocking the finder of the vault.

step 2. secretly kidnap Miles Prower in his sleep, preferably by giving him gas anesthetics while asleep so he definitely won't wake. this action will be performed by a small, barely noticeable machine. then, secretly kidnap the Echidna by way of anesthetic dart from far away and steal the master emerald. many large machines would need to be underneath Angel Island so it won't crash into the sea, waking up any goody-two-shoe heroes. next, secretly kidnap Amy Rose in her sleep, using the same method as with Miles, making sure to take the Hammer and do with it as needed. afterwards, euthanize the Chaotix detective agency by way of Carbon Monoxide. it may seem cruel, but it is necessary to eliminate all threats. then, locate Team Dark, decommission Ω from the inside out using nanites, detain the Ultimate Life Form while asleep using the phantom ruby, and kill the Bat. all of this is intended to be done in one night.

step 3. create yet another army of badniks, with the sole intention in their design being mass terror, likely based on Metal Sonic. it would be best to mount them all with a ranged weapon, preferably realistic human-made firearms embedded within their armatures. it would also be best to commit any war crimes needed to fulfill this goal, such as using chemical warfare as a defense against intruders within the factories. next, create a temporary base on the far side of the moon with earth-accurate gravity as to fool any onlookers. it is on this moon base where Miles, the Echidna, Amy, and the Ultimate Life Form will be held hostage, and where The Doctor, the real chaos emeralds, and the master emerald will reside. to contain the normal ones, it is best to tie them to a chair and use shock collars to prevent any attempts at escape, increasing the amperage the farther away they are from their point of origin, being the chairs, in the event the do get out of their chairs. a lethal dose of electricity will be delivered if by chance the make it out of the room, as well as if they attempt to remove the collars. this information will be told the captives. to contain the Ultimate Life Form, it is best to use the methods used by Dr. Gerald Robotnik, putting the Ultimate Life From in stasis, likely indefinitely, or until a termination method is found.

step 4. create a global broadcast targeting The Hedgehog. a premade script will be provided. it is intended to recite this script and any other following scripts in an unfeeling, but menacing tone, similar to that of Ultron. no emotion should be detected in the voice, other than a subtle, subtle hint of absolute RAGE. the script is as follows:
"Hedgehog. For 30 years you have humiliated me. 30 years I've had to deal with you and your...friends. And after those 30 years, I've finally figured out why. You don't take me seriously, nor do I with you. That changes. You probably think this will be like every other time. You find me, you thwart me, you save the day again... No. Not this time. This time will be much more.....bloody."
cut to Miles, the Echidna, and Amy tied to chairs, blindfolded, with a cloth on their mouths, struggling to escape.
"Well well well...look who we have here...your precious friends. It would be a shame if something were to...happen to them."
as this is being said, walk in holding a Smith & Wesson 1911, point it at Miles and cock the hammer.
"I have hidden the Chaos Emeralds in a vault. This vault is hidden somewhere very secure. Be aware that there are fakes. False vaults scattered across Mobius. I am fairly confident, with your speed, you will be able to find them all in a reasonable amount of time. I will shorten that time. 24 hours. You have 24 hours to find the Chaos Emeralds. In the event you fail, I will kill all 3 of them in cold blood..."
"24 hours."
a clock then appears on screen and starts to tick down.

step 5. while The Hedgehog is running around mobius in record time, download the minds of all three of them, storing them for later use. then, begin a prerecorded message after removing the Echidna and Amy from view. the intention of this recording is that no matter what The Hedgehog does, he will lose. use the provided script:
"Hedgehog. It appears that the fastest thing alive has finally come up short. You have failed..."
cut to Miles
cock the hammer of the gun.
"You know what happens now... I will give you one last chance to see your...little buddy."
remove the blindfold and the cloth from Miles.
"Miles. You have been the second biggest thorn in my side for just as long as that damned Hedgehog. Now tell me, do you have any final words for your dearest friend Sonic?"
once he says his final words...
execute him.
cut to the Echidna
remove the blindfold and the cloth
"Knuckles...the last of the Echidna...you've been stopping my plans for just as long as that Hedgehog has. Tell me, do you have any final words for him?"
once he says his final words...
execute him.

remove the blindfold and the cloth
"Amy...sweet, sweet Amy. Of all the others, you've made me suffer the least. I almost feel bad for what I must do...almost. Tell me, Do you have any final words for your dear lover-boy Sonic?"
once she says her final words...
execute her.
cut to The Doctor.
"You did this, Hedgehog. You failed the given task. This is your fault."

step 6. once the 24 hours is up, chime every bell on Mobius at once, and globally broadcast the prerecorded message. The Hedgehog will be devastated. have the machines find him, and offer to have him join his dear friends in the afterlife. he will likely refuse, saying something about protecting the lives of the rest of Mobius or whatever. while he is saying this, shoot him with an anesthetic dart. while he's going under, through the machine, say "I wasn't asking," and when he's under, do to him as you've done to the others, tie him to a chair and attach a shock collar. be sure to download his mind for later. also cut his legs off so he cannot escape. take him to the moon base.

step 7. start a live global broadcast and use the following script:
The Hedgehog wakes up.
"Attention Mobius. This...is your precious Sonic The Hedgehog. For 30 years, he has thwarted my plans at global domination. For 30 years, he has humiliated me. But no more. It is on this day, that Sonic Olgilvie Maurice Hedgehog.....dies."
then go into a monologue on how he's ruined your life or whatever, just don't make it too long.
after you're done, point the gun at him.
"Sonic...after all these years...it's finally happening. I will finally rid my life of you. Tell me...your final words...to all the people of this world."
and once he says his final words...
"Goodbye...Sonic."

step 8. industrialize. release the army created in step 3. take the world by storm. by force. kill all those who oppose you. bring back the Neo model for Metal Sonic (minus the free will) and use him, along with the chaos emeralds and master emerald, to target the governments of the world first. once you control the governments, target the factories, the industries, the big banks, the multi-billionaires, the companies that make the products used by the populous. after that, target said populous. do whatever you want here, as no one can stop you. let your wildest dreams come true. maybe don't kill all living things though, as you need subjects to rule over. instead, maybe create a utopia/dystopia. this is your Eggman-land.
