What do I do if there are visible veins?
I'm skinny, there are a lot of visible veins on my arms and thighs. Do I cut around them or is it okay to cut over them?

Microsoft's OEM drivers are really bad and I want to switch to AMD's drivers to use premiere pro and lightroom classic. Microsoft's drivers work fine for lightroom but premiere pro won't work at all.
I tried downloading from AMD's website but the installer gives an "Error 182" and I've tried every method I could find.
If anyone has suggestions or a way to bypass the error I'd really appreciate it!
