Advice on exterior paint color (and more!)

We've owned our 1940's split level in the SF Bay Area for about 15 years. It's on a quiet street lined with Sycamore trees, one of our favorite features of the house. I've never been enamored with the shape or architectural style of the house, if it even has one, but my wife correctly lobbied for this place because the neighborhood is so great. It's time for us to repaint our house and it feels like a good opportunity to make the exterior feel more thoughtfully done. Also considering some updates to the landscaping on the right side of our front yard. I'd be really grateful for advice on color choices. Trim will stay light colored since we have a few fiberglass framed windows that we don't wish to paint. Our goal is for the house to feel contemporary and considered. Ideally less boring (to me) and bland.

Sage / green tint body was the direction I was leaning, but we both realized that more than 1/2 of the houses on our street have shifted to that pallet over the past couple years. 4 of our 6 immediate neighbors have sage based color pallets. So that's not out of the running, but looking for other ideas / inspiration. The photos attached hopefully show our currently color accurately, but it's a gray / greige body with white / ivory hued trim. Our house faces almost due north.

Landscaping ideas would be a helpful bonus. The camellias in front of our somewhat huge picture window are lovely when they're flowing and provide privacy - no curtains or desire for curtains on that window. Otherwise it's a pretty blank slate.

Thank you!

R2 @ Yosemite Outpost

Passed through Groveland, CA on a sensational day for driving and noticed there’s an R2 parked at the Rivian Outpost. I didn’t bother getting a lot of photos since both have been so well documented, but I was mildly surprised that they have one at this spot. Didn’t seem to be offering test drives, but they were happy to unlock the car if I wanted to see inside. They also had an R1 backed up against the R2, so it was another opportunity to see them next to each other.

The outpost was nice and the chargers weren’t super busy. Great to have a spotless bathroom at a charger, though the Tesla chargers across the street give Rivian a run for their money with more dispensers as well as almost equally nice restrooms. Groveland has it all on the way to spectacular Yosemite.

Tuolumne Meadows was spectacular today and Tenaya Lake is already swimmable at around 60°. Hard to beat the Sierra Nevadas!

2x 10C battery output?

TLDR; we have 2x 10C batteries, what continuous power output should we expect?

I had a full Enphase system installed late last year; we have 2x 10C batteries, 6C combiner, and a meter collar supporting whole home backup. I also installed the IQ EV 2 charger and have been mostly enjoying charging our EV exclusively from solar. The other day I wanted to charge my car quickly so I set it to charge at the full 40amps supported by the 50amp breaker on my EV charger circuit. I noticed that my fully charged 10C batteries could only output 7kw, leaving me to import 2+kw from the grid to cover the load.

A single 10C battery can export at ~7kw. Should I expect my 2 10C batteries routed through a 6C combiner box to handle a max output of ~14kw? Did my installer not configure something correctly, or is this normal? One of the reasons my installer gave when pitching a second 10C was that the system would more easily handle higher loads like our HVAC powering up, etc.
