Shops that fit tubular tires

Can anyone recommend a Denver bike shop that fits tubular tires? My usual go-to's* have said they're not able to.

*I haven't called yet but I bet Vecchio's in Boulder will--I just don't want to drive there if I don't have to.

Repairing damaged ceiling paint and crack

A section of paint has detached from the ceiling in my bedroom. The section that has peeled away consists of a few layers, the last of which is what feels like paper. Below all of that is what I assume is drywall (not sure to be honest - need help IDing it). There‘s a crack in the substrate that you can see in the second photo.

My questions are 1.) what do I need to inspect to ensure I can proceed with just repainting the ceiling (like do I need to check the roof for example?), and 2.) how do I go about repairing the ceiling once I’ve removed the paint that has peeled away.

I have a flat roof for what it’s worth.

I’m soliciting advice regarding a 2010 Honda Insight I’m considering purchasing. It has 185K miles and is relatively clean. The seller is asking for $4600. Edmunds says this is worth about $2K; CR in range of $3K-$5K.

I did a test drive and was pleased with it. It’s fun! However, the front end suspension makes quite a bit of noise on this particular car when going over bumps. It’s otherwise quiet.

I arranged a PPI at a Honda dealership. They said it needs minor maintenance - fluid changes and new filters - and two things that were missed at 100K miles: sparkplug replacement and valve adjustment. They also noticed a minor leak around the valve gasket, but it didn’t look serious. Finally, they noted the front suspension noise but couldn’t find anything visually wrong with it. Total repair cost is $2K, the 100K mile service items being half that cost.

The owner acknowledged the issues but said his price is firm. Personally, I enjoyed driving the car but think the asking price is high considering the PPI outcome.

I’ve read in multiple forums that this is a relatively reliable car, so I‘m wondering if any of these issues should be considered dealbreakers?
