I bought this top second hand and when I got it I noticed it has these white marks all over. I already tried to wash it again, even adding vinegar, and steaming it afterwards. Nothing really helped. Any idea what could possibly save this?

I bought a 100% silk top, not knowing it is a bit patchy. Would it be possible to redye (ideally just revive the colour) it so that it has a coherent colour?
Any ideas appreciated:)

Edit: when I bought the top, it already had these marks on it and I’m trying to figure out how to revive the colour using some natural dye.
