SO I just finished Ace Attorney Investigations 2 and MY GOD that was epic!!! all characters have a meaning, a personnality, no one is left behind
I think (just as most people) that the second is better than the first:
- The pacing is flawless, none of the cases feel like a filler case (shotout to the kidnapped turnabout which was so PAINFUL to go through), even turnabout legacy who was really long didn’t feel like a chore
- The fact that ALL five cases are connected and all lead to the grand finale and everything is connected and explained
- It felt more touching than the first because there were personal issues for Edgeworth
- The vilains are SO GOOD like wdym >!the guy we protected and felt so harmless is actually the guy behind it all?????!<
- I’m french so I played it in french and the translation is on point
- Love me some >!De Killer!< screen time

The « only » problem I have is the final confrontation not being long enough, like wtf >!for Alba in the first game it lasts for 2 or 3 HOURS and it only lasts for 45 minutesfor Simeon??? but the reveal of Simeon Saint being the vilain is enough to keep it up,!< I was blown away

Anyways loved the AA trilogy and the duology feels like a breath of fresh air, I was screaming at my switch everytime I saw a character returning from AA, going to play Danganronpa 2 before starting the AJ trilogy!
