Had a baby horse born on July 3rd

Just thought this sub might appreciate some newborn baby pics. I think I’ll call him Tahoe.

Excuse the mud, we’ve been getting nonstop torrential downpours seemingly everyday, the grass is actually THAT green because of it.

ETA Should’ve just said foal, but I’m so used to people not knowing what a foal means I forgot I could use it here. 😂

Just bought a 160 acre +70yo abandoned homestead

So neat to see evidence of the original landscaping on this homestead, if I had to guess I’d say the site is at least 70yo complete with war ration era barbed wire. I’ve got my work cut out for me to get this quarter productive.

Always so interesting to see what survives long after the buildings decay away and humans stopped intervening altogether.

The truly long lasting imprints we leave on the land…

What a treat.

F/33 and an ED for +23 years

Just wondering if there’s anyone else who’s an adult (male or female idc) out there, still going through this bullshit that might want to be penpals? I’d love to hear about your day, exercise, progress, vents, rants, everything. Would be super cool if there was a fellow runner out there (I’m a distance runner).

Fwiw My modus operandi is typically under fuelling and over exercising until I binge -feel awful about myself, then start the cycle all over again.

You’d think being aware of this would change the outcome, but apparently not. I guess that’s what they meant with the “chronic” diagnosis.
