My open play exp as a beginner

sabi ko nag ppractice naman ako with a wall for 2 hours in 1 week like dink lang and some two handed backhand dink so I decided to join open play with my friend (he does not know how to play) and yung paddle namen is yung manipis lang yung tig 200 pesos sa shopee, so sinabi ko nalang bawi nalang tayo sa skills,

So ayun nga, naglaro kame, paddle stacking ata ung OP, and pagdating namin doon, nahiya kame sa paddles namen sobrang nipis kase 😂 (walang rent), tapos hindi man lang kame makalagpas sa serving mostly, so in the end hindi ko rin na apply ung sa wall training ko 😂 ang hirap rin pala I receive,

So buti nalang may mabait kameng nakalaro, nakilaro samen 2 times and tinuruan then we got nervous nung iba na opponent and ayon hanggang service mostly lang nangyayare, after 4 games we got embarrassed because of our paddles (akala nung isa 3 lang maglalaro dahil sa nipis 😂 ), nahihiya kame Ilagay doon and nakakahiya sa kalaban boring siguro sa kanila and umuwi nalang kame.

Ending, sabi ko sa sarili, mag ppractice naman ako ng serving at babalikan ko sila na may maayos na paddle 😂

Paddle reco silent

Hi, I'm a beginner and kind of practicing at home, l'm eyeing some paddles like mjolnir or noir, ang problema ko lang is yung ingay which I think is loud for the neighbors when I'm practicing at home

Should I go for noir since it's more silent and hindi ko naman ba pagsisihan sa mga OP ung tunog ng mjolnir (if noir) which they said is more poppy 😂 thanks!

Can't run long, stomach problems

Hello newbie here, mostly running on treadmill for 3km per day at 8-10kmh, napapansin ko lang yung stomach ko, not the side, ung bumibigay agad, sumasakit para akong sinuntok, Kaya pa naman ng legs ko and yung stomach ko yung unang bumibigay, feeling ko d ko na mamaximize runs ko because of my stomach

Should i continue at that pace or faster or slower, even if I don't eat for 3 hours it still happening, and sinusunod ko naman yung 2 step breathe in and out

Any suggestions?

Chinese shoes recommendation for beginners and foot strike

What do you recommend, red hare 9 pro or xtep 5.0 pro, currently beginner only running 3km nonstop at 8kmh, or any alternatives?

Buy nalang ako if sale na in June so window shopping muna sa phone hehe, budget siguro 5k below since I don't want to splurge yet since beginner pa ko hehe

Also, pag slow pace ako like 7kmh ung shin ko sumasakit and if bibilisan ko like interval run ba? The next day calves ko mainly naman sumasakit, normal naman po ba yun?

I don't know much pa about how to place foot of mabagal or mabilis, are there like science behind ba on what's more efficient, should I change my foot strike ba like forefoot strike ganun
