First 5k!

Extremely proud of my baseline time and excited to improve pace, breath work, and posture. I alternate days running outside with the jogging stroller and treadmill runs. I enjoy lifting and yoga but after giving birth I’ve been very into cross training. Stroller running makes me feel like a super mama!
