The Standard housing Sublease
Hello ! I am looking to sublease my apartment at the standard for June-August 2026.
You would have a private bedroom (Bedroom A) with a closet and private bathroom inside the room ! It is a single, but is noticeably bigger than the other singles in the apartment. There are two other singles and a double in the apartment as well.
• Rent: $1,580/month
• Includes: Closet, private bathroom, bed, television, desk, chair, storage cabinets, kitchen, laundry machines, couch
• Amenities: Gym, study room, computer lab
• Location: 90 New Street, New Brunswick, there are two bus stop right next to it to take the EE bus
