Kaixo! I'm an independent musician and I got a song placed in one of the official selection films for the upcoming San Sebastian Film Festival. We decided to turn it into a family vacation and looks like the easiest and cheapest way for us to get in the area is a flight to Bilbao. How's the drive from Bilbao to San Sebastian? Is the a lot to do on the way? We live in Colorado, so the hour and a half drive wouldn't be a problem for us, just curious what to expect in the area or of driving around there in general. Have driven in Greece quite a bit, not sure if that's similar or not. Thanks!

To recap: I swapped all my pots for linear taper. All are 500k except the volume for the bridge pickup which is 300k. 50s style with the tone cap connected to lug 2. BUT I didn't ground lug 1 on either of the volume pots and, as predicted, the pots don't turn the volume all the way down. But now they act more like tone knobs? But also have a pretty big impact on volume? I don't know. The guitar actually sounds fantastic, but wont zero out the volume anymore (duh). Anyone have ideas as to what the pots are doing now? Thank you in advance. I am a helpless electronics child.

So I need some electrical engineer brains on this: I just swapped all the pots in my SG for linear taper pots cus I'm a huge nerd. BUT, crucially (maybe), the volume pot on the bridge pickup is now 300k where all the rest of the pots are 500k–was trying to tame some of the shrillness on that pickup (worked). However, now my pickups are inexplicably out of phase and do the cool Peter Green mod thing where when I roll one of the volumes down when I'm in the middle position they come back in phase. So my question is: do pots somehow effect phase? Or were my pickups always out of phase and the original PCB wiring in my SG was somehow compensating?
