Curious as to what everyone thinks

I have a very low self esteem and always have. I think people find it unattractive. I am trying to fix it. I grew up in a very abusive household. I don’t think I am successful or attractive, but I think a lot of my peers consider me successful. How do I stop this? I want more for me.

Give me the good bad and the ugly…. I am intrigued.

How quickly are yours funding? Any tips or need knows? Trying to get an overview of these

What advantage would this have to a borrower if it’s just packed into the rate?

Does your compliance have you upload every single email to the borrower with your compliance package? Apparently it’s a state regulation, but it seems like overkill. How does your brokerage handle this?
