Redeeming Blind Box Coupon Reward

Anyone had any trouble redeeming their blind box coupon reward? I used my 99 points, it's showing as redeemed in my points section of the app, but when I went to check out, nothing showed up on the register side (redemption details said it would be automatically applied at checkout.)

I redeemed it in-store right before checking out, so it's possible it may have taken some time to hit, but I am worried I lost my points forever! Anyone have experience using the 99 point 20% off 3 blind boxes reward?

Leading a Session at a Team Retreat- what should it be about?

My small (7 people) organization is doing a team retreat in a few weeks, and we are each tasked with holding a session for our retreat. One of my team members is doing a mindfulness session, another is doing one on building trust. If you had the chance to lead your coworkers in a conversation, exercise, or something else- what would your topic be?

As a newer team member, I notice that my teammates overreact to many things, misinterpret otherwise innocent comments in meetings, and jump to conclusions about things which all fuel their overall anxiety of disappointing or upsetting each other, while feeling like everyone is out to get them.

To illustrate this point, person A might say in a meeting: “I think we should have waffles at the company retreat” and afterwards, person B may mention to person C: “did you hear that anti-pancake comment that person A made? They definitely said that because they know I like pancakes…”

Oftentimes, I feel like they approach me to talk about each other, and it makes me uncomfortable. Selfishly, I want to address this in the retreat while not being overly specific or targeted, because of how sensitive they are.

I don’t really have a word for what skill I would like my team to practice to get out of this habit. I think they may need to work on listening effectively, not jumping to conclusions, avoiding talking about each other, etc.
Do we need to hold a session on setting boundaries?

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Just thought it was cool looking and wondered if anyone knows the reason for this to appear like a bunch of concentric circles moving northeast
