ive started school and see my ex in class every day. sometimes i swear i catch him staring and his friend told me that he still love's me. but recently i discovered he has a girl he's interested in and he told one of our mutual friends that he knows i still love him and doesn't care. im trying to ignore the 3d and affirm over my doubts but i feel so hopeless now. i listen to subliminals and do rampages when i need more reassurances. how can i know if my manifestation has been working?
