It looks like someone tried to repaint/paint over the dial and did a pretty horrible and absurd job with it by adding dotted markers?
Attached is an image of what the watch would have looked like originally as well.
What do yall think? Good pick up? Also would love to hear your theories on why the dial has been painted this way lol
