Yall, it’s been 2 weeks. What’s the longest you’ve had a stye and did it look like this? Is there hope that it’ll drain soon?

I developed a stye on 6/23, by 6/25 my whole eyelid was swollen and now on 7/1, there’s a super red bump on my lashline.

I went to the eye doctor and was prescribed eye drops and antibiotics (Doxycycline hyclate & Tobramycin-dexamethasone drops)

She was very confident it would go away with hot compress butt she did recommend taking the medicine. Im the type of person who prefers to not take medicine buttt if I really have to I will.

Does it look like there’s progress being made? I will say if I touch it, it does feel hard and it hurts a bit
