Cleaning the pistons up on my 6.0L LQ4. Any guesses on what issues I've come across?

234k miles, all original on my 2004 Silverado 2500HD with the LQ4 6.0L. Truck ran perfect, made 170psi of compression on each cylinder before teardown. But was leaking oil from everywhere. So here we are.

I noticed when I bought the truck that the previous owner had an aftermarket cold air intake on, and the air intake hose wasn't fully seated around the throttle body. This was letting a ton of unfiltered air in for who knows how long. Already swapped back to a stock intake right after purchase, but fear the damage is done.

The first 3 pistons #1,3, and 5 on the driver's side bank all have the same issue that I couldn't even see until I had them cleaned up.
