Replacement PW3 for 2 coming…expansion a good price?

So yes, PW2 needs replacing. Original installers are coming on Wednesday.

They’ve quoted to add the expansion pack for another £4950 at the same time and this feels like a good price with minimal effort.

I’ve said yes but then thought I’d do a community check-in to see if this feels right.l and ask what am I missing..?

Payback is going to be relatively quicker than the first investment in solar and original powerwall thanks to energy prices.

Marital Home Capital Gains Small Liability Advice

Hello - first time poster.

Higher rate tax payer. Finally selling the marital home (divorce concluded 2016).

House bought in 2008 for 265,000 - offer accepted at 375,000. 50/50 on the deeds.

I move out 16 year years ago. So I work it out to be £6,600 liability.

I have a second home and am taking the CG liability out of the sale of the property.

I am taking none of the capital from the property, it is all being ‘gifted’ to my ex wife (except my costs of the sale - e.g. CG, minor fixes I paid for..)

Firstly, does my calculation seem right.
Secondly, I’d have to declare this for HMRC to come looking for it….right??

Hi, long time user with pro AI license.

I use core memories to frame the content and style of my answers, in particularly, medication I take and fitness goals outside of default (e.g. a half marathon on the horizon.

So here's the thing...

It used to be quick, it used to respond well to all prompts and only on the odd occasion would I consider the response slow.

Now it seems that the models and prompts responses are taking waaayyy longer. Yes it's relative, yes it's a first world problem but the app feels lathargic in this area where else it is slick. It even shares the duration of response (took 3 seconds) when I've been waiting for 10x that.

Not a gripe as I'm on the cheaper existing subscription but I'm not sure I'm getting benefit for the deep thinking approach (or the sharing of the steps...how you work out a tough question matters not to me, give me the damn answer!!)

Attached was my attempt to stop the auto suggested replies in the context menu. Took ages, said applied and hadn't. A lot of wasted cycles..

TLDR: Old AI approach was way quicker and just as good
