Something he will be wearing once he joined the guild along side Hopps.
Also, I was inspired by Death from Puss and Boots and Ultraman Z and Geed for the mantle thing. Combined Design B and A for it.
I might combine C with A to see how it will turn out.
Redesign Lu a little bit. Scarf is too cliche for a Riolu so I am thinking of giving Lu something different. Might even throw in a hood while I am at it.

Combined moves are not hard but it required some creativity and understanding to the energy that you are going to use. Or it will cause some kickbacks to the user.
Double Team : Creates illusory copies to raise evasiveness.
Flame Charge : The user cloaks itself with flame and attacks. Building up more power, it raises the user’s Speed stat.
Lu uses Double Team like hologram from Titanfall 2.
Hopps uses Flame Charge to sneak slam into enemies.
Yes, I know Double Team is used by a user moving very fast and creating mirages. But think about it. It's like a discount illusion of Zoura or Zoroark.
It was effective. Just delayed.
