Dell T330
Is there a way to update the BIOS on a Dell T330 without having to do it through the OS? All I can seem to find on Dell’s website is exe file and no way to extract the rom / bin file to copy to USB stick and update using iDRAC.

Should I get the CCST first and then go for the CCNA. Or just go straight to the CCNA? Got the MCSE many years ago and do know the fundamentals of networking. Also picked up a couple of older 3850’s for some hands on experience.
Got this old computer that’s not really being used for anything. Has 16GB RAM (system max), Intel Core i5-650 and a 1TB mechanical hard drive. Was thinking of installing OMV and maybe mount a SSD for boot drive. If so, what could it be used for? Plex, Jellyfin?
Picked one of these up cheap and wondering if anyone would happen to know the part number for the drive caddy?
Yes, I have lifetime plex. Just wondering if it’s best just to stay with Plex or give Jellyfin a try. Also, should I run them as apps in TrueNAS or standalone on a VM
Just started playing with TN and was wondering if you can mix these as long as storage size is the same?
Is anyone running a Lenovo TD350? I picked one up recently and having a lot of issues with it powering on and then shutting down with the system fault light coming on. PSU light is green, no lights on fans and all working. On the main board, there is a green light flashing. Tried swapping CPU’s (E5-2609 v5, E5-2680 v5), removing all but one RAM stick (16GB).

I am setting up a home lab and looking for rack suggestions. I currently have the following devices
Lenovo System X 3650 M5
HP Proliant DL380 Gen9
Cisco 3850 switch
HP 2830 switch
Was that thinking of setting up a dedicated media server and was wondering if I should go with a basic Linux distribution or something like OMV or ZimaOS?
Will be running on an old HP Elite 8100 SFF (i7-870, 16GB RAM)
