Looking for Chronic pain 20:1 cbd/thc tinctures that are absorbed sublingual.
I am looking for a tincture that has cbd and thc for pain relief. Minimal "buzz" or " high" effect,and bypasses the digestive tract as I am tube fed 24/7. When researching I was told to look for 20:1 ratio cbd/thc tinctures to start out with, so that I can have a baseline of thc, and then go down to 10:1, to eventually work my way up to a 3:1 tincture. Calling a local shop they told me they don't sell those, and that most of them are now regular oils that are not sublingual ( absorbed under the tongue) any longer and do not bypass the digestive tract. Am I looking for something that no longer exists? If not, what would be a good alternative for a small female with moderate to severe joint pain. I don't want gummies as my digestive tract does not work, and I am kind of scared to smoke it. I smoked weed twice in the past and it felt way too strong/aggressive and made me way too high to function.

How is this allowed?
I want to return a bulk order and the amount that I paid does not match the amount per item that I’m getting back at all!!!! The price I paid is with the discounts, and it’s not like I’m sending most of it back, disqualifying the minimal amount order discount eligibility. So what on earth is going on?

SHEIN automatically selected DHL on a huge order. What do I do?
I’m in Canada. I ordered 500$ worth of clothes on SHEIN, and it said free standard shipping. They automatically selected it for me and didn’t specify, as companies never do, which always means standard shipping. I suddenly receive an email from DHL that my entire order is being shipped with them and that I will be paying as fee upon receiving!!!! That fee is going to be astronomical with that amount! I contacted SHEIN and they said “ sorry, SHEIN doesn’t let you select a shipping method, SHEIN automatically selects a set shipping method for you that they think is best, and they don’t allow you to manually change it”
Do I refuse the package? Will I still have to pay the fee if I do? They told me to refuse the package with a “ sorry”. Horribly deceiving. Bad experience so far.

So I have pretty bad pots. Resting heartrate even at sitting/lying down is 90/95bpm just to keep up with the lack of pressure/flow. When I stand it raises 40/50bpm and it feels like my heart is about to explode, it hurts my neck and jaw and my vision blurs. I also get this feeling of suffocating, and I always have this intense air hunger feeling. My doctor has tried propanolol and iverbradine, both force my heart to slow down. But my heart is pumping so fast, because it needs to in order to get the oxygen to my brain. The meds are forcing it to stop compensating for the blood not being able to reach my brain. Because the heart is now forced to beat slow when it is struggling to get oxygen, the severe fatigue and symptoms get even worse. I can't even more I am so fatigued and starved for oxygen. I am on fluocortisone now for 4 months and it is doing nothing. It has upped my blood pressure to 100/70 ish, but in terms of symptoms...my heartrate is still 93bpm at that pressure while sitting for a while. I am at a loss for what to do at this point. I have tried compression stockings all the way up to my upper thighs, nothing. Increased salt intake, nothing.
Any advice on what to do at this point? I have two small children that need me. I can't even get out of bed. My toes have started clubbing from the lack of oxygen/pooling blood.
