Imagine having no sleep and going to your overnight shift just to encounter rude ppl who only know few english words, even had the nerve to get mad that I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WANTED. I spent all my life learning the language and made effort to adapt. I know it sounds mean but I am genuinely so appalled by the audacity. How hard is it to at least try?
I applied at this retail to quit my main job (fast food). I’ve only been in this job for a month and a half but I kinda find it depressing even though the workload interests me. I keep asking for shifts and more hours and I’ve been texting our store manager about my concern and also wanting to be full time worker because i need the shift and the money but i never get a response. I get that it’s not just me who need the hours but I don’t really want to text the other managers just for them to pass the message to her. I’m just frustrated because looking for a job is hard enough let alone a full time one. Retail work is depressing.
Hi, I recently got hired in kmart and I had my induction shift and also on my 2nd shift. The problem is, i keep having a hard time on how to put my bank details on the site. It says on the dropdown that I could pick my bank account or type the bsb. The thing is, my bank just doesn’t show up. My manager said pick the one closest to me but that’s what I was doing when that problem shows up. I just got an email from payroll that the bank I had on my profile was rejected, hence, i didn’t get paid or anything. What do I do? I don’t wanna speak to bots bcs these ppl in email is so robotic yet the instructions are really unclear😭😭😭
