Is this insulation asbestos?

I painted the foundation walls in my basement and started vacuuming the ceilings, joints, and accidentally started vacuuming the rim above the concrete. As I didn’t know, vacuuming is the worst thing you can do.

The insulation is yellow, and the house was built in 1972.
