On my previous post I mentioned I would be trying both the Maleny and Woodford in the new glass jar batches and now that I have I am slightly pointing towards favouring the Maleny because that’s more of the aromas and flavours I go for but in saying that I still highly rate the Woodford and really enjoying it as the effects are really similar👌👌

Opening this jar I didn’t get a full on pungent smell same with the Maleny but I could still smell sweet berries (blueberry being the dominant berry) with hints of pine, the aromas are slightly similar to superseeds blueberry purp which I thought is very nice.

The first couple days of opening the jar the budz were more on the stickier side, it has been a week now and I feel it has cured perfectly with a nice snap to the budz and a fluffy chop. The exhale is also really smooth with flavours of sweet berries and pine almost the same as the smell but leaves a sugary taste on my tongue.

I am loving the effects of Woodford as it’s uplifting and euphoric just like the Maleny but in its own way, for me this is a massive creeper strain as the effects change once it settles in making me feel very calm and relaxed with heavy eyes.

I found it odd that the Woodford didn’t have a boveda inside and the Maleny did as I prefer my budz to come without them especially if they are in a glass jar, either way I highly rate both the Woodford and Maleny and more then happy to keep rotating between the 2 with a few other strains for the next couple months. When I first opened my jar I thought it was Alma’s facetz f11 as the budz look almost identical, the smell is very different and not as pungent but still reeks and has a nice earthy and fuel type aroma with some pine to it.

Yes there is some fox tailing going on with Royale canyons “candy pave” but it’s only effected the shape of the budz and not the potency, flavours or aromas. Still has a nice snap when breaking apart the budz and a fluffy grind, love the smell when I open the grinder after a chop !

For a budget option there’s nothing for me to complain about, not a real flavour bomb like Chemovars candy pave but still has a decent taste which is similar to the smell, the exhale is also extremely smooth for me.

Personally I don’t think this strain is candy pave as the look of the budz don’t match it anywhere else that I have seen as well as the flavour/aroma profiles don’t match it like Chemovars but whatever it is the effects hit me really hard easing chronic pain and perfect for a good nights sleep. I paid $99 for a 15g glass jar.

First time trying a Bodega strain as I’ve heard mixed reviews, only seen one review of this particular strain which was positive so I thought I should give it a go to help manage my chronic pain.

Opening the seal definitely surprised me as I wasn’t expecting to see a massive 5g bud just sitting on top, the colours this strain has produced is very nice and it’s quite frosty all over.

Unfortunately I didn’t get any aromas of skunk which is usually potent but the double baked cake also isn’t quite muted, still getting some aromas of earth and kush from a distance and more of a sweet smell when the budz are broken apart.

The cure is just right for my ball vape although if I chopped these budz using my old mate grinder then the consistency is more on the dusty side but using my brilliant cuts fluffs it out nicely and giving me a better experience.
The exhale is really smooth which I like and very easy on the chest, the flavour is more on the earthy side with a slight warm spice.

The effects are also very nice and working perfect for me, more on the chilled and relaxing side with a noticeably amount of chronic pain relief, packing larger bowls can get quite potent also helping with a good nights sleep. Love how it’s in a glass jar and highly recommend any other patients on here to give it a go if you are looking for a cheaper 10g option that’s worth using repeats on your scripts. I paid $115

Hatz off to Spirit Bear releasing proper quality grown LSO cannabis once again, this is by far their best indica dominant strain they have to offer as it really surprised me the moment I opened my jar and experienced what it has to offer through my adapatball !

These frosty budz smell extremely fruity and slightly sweet with an earthy and skunk twist, one of those strains you smell from miles away. The exhale is very smooth with that tight chest feeling that I absolutely love and the taste is pretty much the same as the smell with the fruity flavour really standing out !

The cure is perfect for me as the budz feel sticky and spongey and just snap of the minimal amount of stems so easily, I also like how the smell sticks to my fingers like Fiore’s Gastro Pop. The grind was like a clump of kinetic sand but then fluffed out when I shook my container.

Fruit Sundae’s effects are mainly where this strain shines, the onset is very quick starting off euphoric and clear headed with a powerful body stone. These effects are long lasting and quite potent as it gives me really heavy eyes, I feel it’s helped reduce my chronic pain and makes me feel really relaxed.

I’ll happily pay $170 for 10g of this primo over and over again as this is a true example of what premium grown cannabis has to offer and if we constantly had strains grown like this type of quality then it will be hard going back to any other brands that are available regardless of the price.

There has been a few new drops by lush labs that are Aussie grown with some interesting lineages, I have heard the lemon Mac is really nice so if someone wants a primo sativa then it’s definitely one to look out for.

Opening my jar I was really surprised to see a massive 6g nug, unfortunately the head has been snapped off and there was no sign of it in the jar but I’m not mad because these budz are vibrant and frosty with a decent smell that I wouldn’t say is potent but still getting hints of the sweet cream and when you snap the budz you get that real mac smell that’s slightly gassy and I quite like it !

I will say that the budz are on the dryer side as it must be a thing with these mac strains as most of them are cured that way besides the og batch from Alfie which is still my favourite Mac strain till today. I will also mention that the exhale is extremely smooth but not crazy terpy, definitely getting those bakery flavours at first with a slight gassy and doughy finish, nothing too crazy but still a flavour to enjoy.

The effects are really chill and relaxing which is exactly what I like when I don’t want to be to medicated if I still have things to do, it’s also been working perfect for a morning vape as the effects just melts though my body with no overwhelming feelings, it’s versatile for anytime of the day and does help to ease chronic pain which is what I mainly look for in strains.

Overall it doesn’t tick every box but it also doesn’t fall in the average category for me, I paid $135 for a 10g glass jar and I would still happily purchase a few more tubs…

Cultiva have once again released some primo on their very first batch of blue pave, their version is a perfect example of what El Pappi’s was missing out on !

Firstly when I opened the tub I almost choked from the smell it was that potent if my neighbours were outside they would have smelt it 100% ! I was getting slight hints of blueberry mixed with some fuel it’s very different to any other strain I have come across.

The budz are more on the larger side with only a couple smaller ones at the bottom of the jar, as you can see from the photos these budz are extremely frosty ! For me the cure is just right, not too sticky and the grind is a perfect consistency chopping nice and fluffy !

I now own an Adaptaball and feel I’ve perfectly mastered my temps with the diffuser head, the experience I am getting with all the strains I have tried with it are something I wish I experienced from the start of using a ball vape.

At 515f I am exhaling massive clean clouds of vapour that are extremely smooth, best way I can describe the flavour I am getting is slightly sour with hints of dark berries and a touch of fuel it’s very very nice !

Most importantly the effects are everything I could ask for as blue pave is easing my chronic pain significantly, not long after my exhale I experienced an immediate cerebral onset which was very pleasing and eventually mellowing throughout my body helping me to relax and chill out. The effects aren’t light as it’s more of creeper and becomes very sedative and long lasting.

The price is more on the steep side as I paid $159 for a 10g glass jar but I’ve had quite a few budget optioned strains and not one of them have offered what cultiva’s blue pave does so I’ll happily finish my repeats !

Before my review I have to say well done to Sativite for producing some top quality Primo ! Heladosa a cross between Zelatti and Jelousy Bx is by far their best release since Eucla and Gunama, I also believe this is the best Australian grown medicinal strain I have come across…

Opening my jar I was really surprised to see some xmas tree looking and oblong shaped frosty budz. The aromas absolutely reek of diesel with hints of citrus aromas lingering around, when I cracked the budz open the smell intensifies prominently more gassy which is exactly what Primo likes !

Usually I don’t like the kinetic sand type grind as that’s what it looked like at first but when I shook the container it just fluffed out 👌👌
The exhale is extremely smooth with thick vapour, the flavour HBx offers is insane ! It’s very very terpy through my ball vape as I am getting a more gassy taste with undertones of citrus it just balances out perfectly.

The onset is very quick with long lasting effects, for me HBx has helped me to feel very calm and relaxed easing my chronic pain and perfect for having a really good nights sleep, I don’t feel it couch locking me but it’s still very sedating as it’s one of those heavy eyed strains.

I paid $159 for a 10g glass jar and if anyone else is willing to pay that bit extra this strain will prove why as I have never come across any budget strains that can tick every box HBx does !

It’s really good to see there is lots more Australian craft available for us patients, as long as it’s fairly priced for what the strain offers I am more than happy to keep supporting them ! Before I continue with my review the proper name for this lineage is “Quikz”

First impressions on opening my jar of the special crunch runtz was a little disappointing, mainly because there was lots of smaller to medium sized budz considering the size of the budz I have seen on other strains by the same brand. Besides that I am very very happy with this strain.

I am pleased to say Prasino’s version of their runtz does not smell or taste like majority of the Runtz strains coming through, the aromas i am noticing are slightly earthy and fruity although after a few days of burping the jar i am now getting hints of dark chocolate mixed in with it. It doesn’t smell crazy potent where you will smell it from miles away but putting my nose in the jar is very pleasant.

Most importantly the cure is on point, the budz feel really fresh with a nice stickiness to them, the budz are really frosty with some mixed colours. The exhale is extremely smooth and clean with a chesty hit that I absolutely love.

This is most definitely a balanced hybrid strain that I feel is indica leaning as the effects are very mellow and relaxing which is exactly what I look for, to me it’s more of a creeper strain as the more bowls I am having and for the “lower percent of thc” it’s actually got some legs.

I paid $109 for a 15g glass jar and I’ll definitely fill my repeats, it could be better with some minor tweaks but it also ticks so many boxes especially helping ease my chronic pain.

Fiore (Amani craft) gastro pop is a new 15g drop that I was definitely keen to give a go considering the high terps and how popular the actual strain is around the world. This is a more higher end priced 15g option and if there were more releases like this at this price I’d happily pay it constantly as this is a perfect example of premium cannibas !

Upon opening the jar for that first smell I was smacked in the face by potent aromas that are Floral and very gassy, the whole area around me absolutely reeks, it’s one of those strains I can’t keep my nose out of the jar reminding me of potency like Romulan.

If anyone is looking for sticky budz with a perfect snap like opening a can of your favourite beverage then Fiore’s gastro pop is it ! Grinds perfect in my medium plate BCG with a similar texture to kinetic sand but more fluffy.

My ball vape is loving this strain producing so much vapour and not burning the flower too quick in my bowl even at higher temps, but at lower temps I am noticeably getting more of a grape and floral taste with a gassy aftertaste it is very pleasant for me !

The effects are long lasting with a fast onset starting off euphoric and cerebral which then mellowed throughout my body, the more I increase my doses the more effective this strain gets it hits very hard. I definitely feel this strain helps to ease my chronic pain and definitely worthy for anyone struggling with insomnia.

What I also like about what Fiore has done is provide larger jars so the budz aren’t forced in and squashed around each other. For me this strain is definitely worth paying $180 for the 15g and I’ll definitely be purchasing more again. I hope Fiore can bring out more fire like this because I am sure other people will appreciate the quality just as much as I do 👌👌

After really enjoying the strawberry meltshake I thought I’d give the most recent batch of frosted guava a go and I am really happy that I have ! Batch number is 90521 expiring 6th May 2027. Before I begin my review this strain is perfect for treating anxiety and chronic pain.

Firstly, as I’ve opened the lid the seal came off clean with it so I don’t think it was stuck on properly to begin with. Not sure if that played a reason in why I didn’t get a really strong smell but the budz are still really fresh.
Sticking my nose in the jar and breaking apart the budz I am getting hints of guava mixed with some fuel it is very different to the many medicinal cannabis strains I have come across.

From what I’ve seen on previous posts the budz in frosted guava seemed a lot more lime green, this new batch I have seems to be a bit darker however it is still caked in trichomes and extremely frosty and glittery on the inside. The budz are pretty solid to the point where my old mate grinder was even struggling to turn on the first couple spins.

The exhale is super smooth and feels super clean, no tickle on the throat and thick clouds of vapour. The flavour I experienced is very similar to the aromas I described although the aftertaste was a little sweet and sour, not crazy terpy but not faint either.

This is by far the biggest creeper strain I have come across, first few bowls are really mellow and relaxing, nothing over the top but also not really weak and it also makes me feel really alert and focused. A few hours after consuming however many bowls I have the effects seem to flick a switch and just come crashing down on me, really heavy eyes and really giggly.

The price of flower never effects me because I never go by the price, yeah there’s been a lot of budget strains dropping but there’s only been a few that are a real stand out and could of passed as a higher end priced strain before all these budget ones were available. I am really enjoying the Frosted Guava and would happily purchase it again, I paid $170 for a 10g glass jar.

Delta Tetra’s Orange Cake is another strain I have gone back to after not getting it for some time. A very recent batch has dropped, batch number is #DF26D02 expiring 04/2027

It’s been a while since I have come across a seal this stuck on, usually they are easy to rip off but this is extra air tight ! I can definitely smell the aromas instantly after ripping it off but it’s not as strong of the orange scent as I remember it to be, more of a chem aroma with a hint of citrus to it.

The budz are really fresh with a perfect stickiness, it’s almost like a kinetic sand texture and turns with ease using the old mate grinder. The smell also sticks to my fingers as I have broken the budz apart it’s quite potent.

The exhale is very smooth through my ball vape with more of a chem taste to it, the orange flavour slightly comes through on the after taste, personally i would of liked for it to be a bit more terpy but it’s still nice.

The effects of Orange Cake is where this strain shines ! It’s more of an indica dominant strain for me as it starts of making me feel really creative and euphoric then settles into a deep relaxation and has given me some unexpected afternoon naps. The effects are really long lasting and depending on the doses it can be really sedative.

I highly recommend this strain if no one has tried it and to whoever that has I am confident there would be very little negative reviews for it. I paid $125 for a 10g plastic tub.
