Don't make them like Bob Carr anymore
The former NSW Premier & Foreign Minister went from cofounding Labor Friends of Israel to one of its sharpest critics. He pushed Labor to recognise Palestine, slams illegal settlements, and says public opinion has decisively shifted. Respect the consistency.

Israeli officials openly talk about ethnic cleansing in Lebanon because they know there will be no consequences.
Political leaders—such as presidents or prime ministers—are responsible for setting a national vision, every 3 minutes.
Funniest part about this is the end where after getting mildly heckled by some pro-Palestinian guy in a public place, one of Mayim Bialik’s own kids asks her, “Well when was the last time you said you care about Palestinians?”

Australia has a legal obligation to act in response to Israel’s crimes. Here’s how | Chris Sidoti
Here is an article about Australian Human Rights lawyer Chris Sidoti. He is a great Australian who has done a lot of work to fight for human rights across many issues over many decades. Most recently he has been making waves regarding Australia's obligation under international law to ensure that Australia is not contributing to the unlawful acts of Israel against Gaza.
You all may have seen similar articles being posts and removed. We have no agenda here, and no issue with discussion around this Aussie legend. We had issues with the original article that talked about the UN discussing issues around Israel as this was loosely related to Australia at best.
It was removed again because it was a post complaining that the original post was taken down with screenshots brigading this and other subs, this is not allowed and it took the focus away from the actual article and important events. The same article was posted again and removed for the same issue. And the body of text showed that the post was made just to segway into discussing Israel and take away from the talking points of Chris Sidoti. Which again, we have no issues with, we encourage the discussion, but as far as the initial post, it needs to be properly linked to Australia. What ever happens in the comment happens, go at it.
So now it's been posted in a way that our sub rules allow for everyone to see and read about this Aussie and talk a out his cause. Have at it below.
Hmm interesting 🤔Why??
Why are all politicians on this bandwagon. It weird being part of a countries government and wear
another countries flag. No other flag is used and worn in the same way. It's weird , worrying and scary to be honest
