The Bermuda
As seen from the Shipwreck Tour in Munising, MI. I loved this tour and the area in general.
What makes underwater welding so dangerous?
I do have doubts about the danger of the job, I just never fully understood what exactly makes it, according to many people, (one of) the most dangerous jobs in the world?
This monstrosity.
And people are getting so close they touch these things with their feet..
Water intake pipes at creek
intake or outlet pipes, not sure, possibly related to snow making equipment. Hatch had conveniently been left open for me.
Winfield Lock and Dam right now
We’re getting insane rain right now. Not my pic. Dad’s friend sent it to him. This is in Winfield, WV
I put together 9 of my least enjoyable r/submechanophobia posts. Now you have to choose one.
Enjoy.
Inside an Hyperbaric Welding Habitat
Diving to a submerged helicopter in Honoratka opencast mine, Poland
Delta Cross Channel gates
Massive gates along the Sacramento River that help divert river water. When these are up people swim and boat underneath them.
Somebody drove a truck into Lake Washington
Two wrecks and it’s getting dark
I hate the thought of being near this in the darkness of night. Theres probably 200ft worth of half a ship lurking under that water.
Glen Haven Beach, Sleeping Bear Dunes
Found while intentionally looking for shipwrecks on Lake Michigan today. Not sure what it is, but it’s definitely interesting.
Grate in front of wave-making mechanism in wavepool, Wilderness Wisconsin Dells
Lot of faith in that huge door..
Gave me the willies anyway
