Hallo zusammen,

in meinem Hanggarten möchte ich eine Terrasse aus Holz bauen. Diese soll 4x4 m groß werden und auf 12 Punktfundamenten mit 30 cm Durchmesser stehen. Ähnlich wie auf dem Bild nur die 4 Punktfundamenten quer zum Hang und die 3 in der Länge.

Aufgrund des Gefälles im Hang ist der Höhenunterschied der mit den Balken ausgeglichen werden muss 1,3 m.

Nun bin ich mir unsicher, welche Balkendicke und somit H-Anker Breite ich nehmen sollte. Bisher bin ich bei 12x12 cm Balken. Wäre das ausreichend oder eher zu knapp?

Bei der Wahl des richtigen Holzes bin ich mir ebenfalls unsicher. Sollte es für diese Balken schon Douglasie sein oder tut es auch Lärche?

I need your expertise. I want to build a 13 ft × 13 ft patio (4 m × 4 m) on the slope shown in the picture. Since my knowledge comes only from videos and a few conversations with other amateurs, I’d really appreciate your opinion on my plan, especially regarding the point foundations.

I was thinking of starting with 12 point foundations: four across the width and three down the slope. I was planning to make them about 31 1/2 in deep (80 cm) and about 10 in in diameter (25 cm). I wanted to use PVC pipes for the formwork. At the bottom of the foundation, I’d add a compacted layer of gravel, place the PVC pipe on top, then fill it with fast setting concrete and insert rebar — I’m not sure how much bars per foundation though.

However, the instructions of the fast setting concrete state that you’re only allowed to pour a roughly 8 in layer (20 cm) per pour. Would that even work in a 31 1/2 in pipe (80 cm)? Because even if I only pour 8 in (20 cm) at a time, the water will still run down from the upper layers, right?

Then I would embed heavy H-anchors into the top layer. Then place pine beams on top to level the height between the point foundations. Next, build the square frame structure with 13 ft beams (4 m) and install the cross-bracing on top. For this, I would use 9 pieces of lumber, about 2 3/4 in × 1 1/2 in (70 × 40 mm). Finally, just lay the deck boards on top.

I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions for improvement! :)
