Legal immigrant from Cuba deported to Africa after living in the US for 47 years

Roberto Mosquera, a Cuban immigrant who has lived in the U.S. since 1980 and completed a prison sentence in 1996, was arrested by ICE last year and sent to a prison in Eswatini, a country in Africa he had never heard of.
