posted something on FB for sale. First response gave me a number to text. She / he asked questions about item it all sounded real. And about pickup. She decided to buy it and I said I use Venmo. Wasn’t even their suggestion. I get a text saying it was paid on a business account and I need to call Venmo support for additional verification. I check the Venmo app and there is nothing there. No notice nothing. Then I google Venmo scams and this whole business account scam comes up. Seriously I am seeing this happen to me a lot. Constantly checking scams.
