My 2023 C40 recharge will not go into reverse. It’s weird because it is fine in park, drive, and neutral, but will not shift into reverse. I tried all of the possible fixes I found on Reddit—reboot the system, clean the rear cameras, turn off the rear cameras, lock/unlock the car, lock the car and move the keys 30 feet away for 30 minutes, etc.
I will call the dealer first thing in the morning because it is still under warranty. But, any other ideas out there for what to do?

Our son suddenly and impulsively moved out of a great sober living place. Lots of support and he was making some progress. But ultimately he still wants to drink. After work he checked into a hotel and is on a bender. Doesn’t pick up his phone and missed his therapy appointment. We are heartbroken but trying to remember the three C’s of alanon. It’s tearing us apart wondering when he will find his path.
