Hi! I ordered this jacket and it came folded in a shipping box with this crease. The leather itself doesn’t have any mark on it, like if I manually hold it flat the leather looks perfect.

Is there any way I could get this crease out without damaging the leather? On google I read suggestions like using a steamer or iron with a leather conditioner and a barrier

Hi! I’m in the US trying to verify myself on 12306 in order to buy train tickets ahead of my trip. Under “My passengers”, my verification status seems to be good, but under “User information”, it still says “Verification failed”. The photos I uploaded first went through last night around 12 hours ago.

Should I try again or just keep waiting? Is the verification process known to take long after the photos are successfully uploaded? Thank you for any advice.
