Gpu upgrade recommendations
iv got a Radeon RX 570 Series - VRAM: 8 GB rn and am considering buying a ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB anyone know if thats a good card to upgrade too, obviously its better than the current card but if theres any reason to not get this one or perhaps a better card in a similar price range.

Can you turn off shell casings
Title mostly. obviously I know theres no setting for it. but is there a way in the files or perhaps a mod that does it. the revolvers and energy weapons dropping shells bugs me alot more then it probably should
