What type of bed frame or headboard does everyone have that allows the Orion tubing to connect to the tower? I’m having issues with my mattress sliding down and the slats in my bed frame shifting and need to reconfigure but can’t figure out what type of bed frame or headboard would possibly make this functional. I’ve already had to move my nightstand to accommodate the short tubes I’m not sure how else to make this functional before I just have to consider a return.

We live in a MCOL area and have a regular nanny 4 days a week for the last 2 years who we pay $27/hr for one kid.
I’m about to give birth to our second and want to ask if she will be a backup on nights/weekends to stay with my kiddo when I go into labor but I’m not sure what a reasonable “on call” wage would be.
My husband and I are also conflicted on if we just have an extra wage we pay if we call and she’s free and comes over on short notice or do we want to pay a set fee per day for her commitment to come over if something were to happen in the middle of the night etc and then just give the regular $27/hr on top of that while she’s here outside her regular schedule.
Or is this an unreasonable thing to even be asking? We have a great relationship and are hoping to keep her on for several more years, or at least until our kids are all in school and even then would love to still have her as a summer nanny, so I don’t want to cross any boundaries. I do feel like we’re friends unrelated to the working relationship so just looking for insight for anyone who’s done this with their nanny or what a nanny would expect as compensation for this kind of thing.

I really want to get one of these for my husband but I missed the Memorial day sale. Does anyone know if there's another sale coming up so I can order one in time for Fathers Day?
