Breakthrough into bioinformatics

Hi all, I have a BS in bio, MS in biomedical science, and almost an MS in biomed informatics. I’m having trouble knowing how to break into the industry and land a job. I have experience in research at an academic hospital but can’t figure out a way to pivot and which roles to target. My focus is data science and AI.

Any advice or tips would be very appreciated.

Is the organization getting contacted or the supervisor?

I have to fill out an SF85 via the eApp for a public trust 5 year renewal. Is my listed supervisor getting contacted or the organization. Also what is process if my equifax TWN is frozen and I opt to do not contact for a position? I have a 2nd w2 job and I don’t want that organization to be contacted.

Public trust renewal

So I currently work for an aerospace contractor and have a public trust that I cleared back in 11/2021 and renewals coming up in a few months. I use to work for a state university system before getting hired for by the contractor. I ended up going to grad school at the same university and took on a full time job there as well. I filled out a COI as I started part time and got it approved by my company and then when there was a change to a different division at the university job, I asked my manager at the contractor if I need to resubmit the COI and she told me not to worry about it. Well, now I worry that it might come to bite my ass as I did the initial COI when I started in 01/2024 and now idk what to do. I graduate with the degree in December and am thinking to downgrade to part time at the university and fill out COI or outside activity form at both places.

Also, I was hired by the university full time job by my manager who was okay with me working a very flexible schedule and he left to Dubai and my current boss doesn’t care what time I work either as long as I get the work done. Nonetheless, I’m planning to downgrade to part time and doing the COI or whatever needs to be done or quitting.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

Wife has become evil

Wife of 3 years had our child about 4 months ago and has become demonic. I have done most of the night shifts while working 2 jobs and done all the cooking, cleaning, washing, dishes, grocery, bills, and everything else with the exception of breastfeeding and taking care of baby during the day time. She is constantly bringing up my short comings from the first four months of having this child as being emotionally distant but it’s hard to give more when I am only sleeping 1-3 hours a night if I’m lucky.

I have gone to the extent of putting my jobs at risk to keep taking care of the child during working hours while I let her sleep often full 8 hours or even 10+ on some days.

I am at my wits end tbh. She treats me bad and makes remarks as if I’m slow and mediocre at everything that I do. How do I deal with this?!
